Payment, Shipping & Returns
Payment via our website is secure.  We accept all major cards and offer an instalment plan via paypal. 
Clothing products are sent standard delivery.  We manufacture a number of products especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it may take a bit longer to deliver some products.  Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Clothing Returns Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14  days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
 You must contact us before returning a product. 
The return address is on the packaging slip sent with the product.  Faulty products must be sent to the return address sent with the item.  When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distribution facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).  
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our distribution facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. 
You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Memorabilia Purchasing & Returns Policy
All of our items are unique and limited in availability.  If, for whatever reason, the item you have purchased is not available, you will offered a similar item as a replacement.  If you do not want the replacement item you will receive a refund.  If you are not satisfied with your memorabilia item you have up to 7 days from the date you received the item to return your purchase. 
You must contact us before returning a product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your memorabilia, return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase This is included within the packaging slip on your parcel.  Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that have received the retuned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and a credit note will be offered. 
You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
